About this mod
A collection of pre- and post-war notes and letters scattered around the wasteland.

NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. I'm a bloomin' idiot), all notes are out in the open. They are not hidden under any paper clutter. In other words, the only versions of this mod now are glow or no glow.
1) Installation:
Unzip the DCConfidential file to your Fallout3\Data directory. Use the default launcher or the Fallout Mod Manager to activate your chosen .esp.
***IMPORTANT***: Choose *either* "D C Confidential.esp" or "D C Confidential with Glow.esp". Not both. The mesh file is required if you chose "with Glow."
2) Uninstallation:
Uncheck the .esp file in either the default launcher or the Fallout Mod Manager. If you uninstall one of the .esp files and install the other, any notes you've gathered to that point will be gone from your Pip-Boy.
3) Mod Conflicts:
Any mod that changes the physical location of buildings or objects inside the buildings might conflict with this mod. However, the worst thing that should happen is that the paper might end up in an odd location.
4) Additional Info:
If anyone wants to use any of these notes to kick off a quest or adventure, feel free. All of the notes are located in the Items\Notes section of the G.E.C.K. Object Window. They all start with DCCxxxx.
I have added a partial spoiler list text file to the download.
5) Feedback:
Questions and comments can be emailed to me at [email protected].
6) Version Notes:
V1.0 initial release
V1.5 another 20 notes added to the existing 25
V1.55 a version that makes the notes glow for easier visibility has been added to the download.
V1.56 corrected a floating note and a couple of spelling errors
