Description
===========
This is a quest mod that adds a Brotherhood of Steel outpost inside the collapsed car tunnel in the Dupont Circle district (just outside GMR's back door). 5 unmarked quests are included, each with rewards, accessable from a terminal. Speak to Paladin Ray to open the quests.
Location
========
The outpost is located in the collapsed car tunnel. In order to find this location, simply exit the GNR building via the back door, and head along the road until you reach the door on your left. Once inside, continue up the tunnel.
Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout\Data\
4. Start Fallout Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the TunnelOutpost.esp file
Known Issues or Bugs
====================
-There is no voice acting for Paladin Ray. This may come at a later date if I can find an American voice actor.

-Removed the sniper rifle's 'Quest Item' status.
-Fixed the positioning of the Targeter glasses.
-Made some alterations to quest notes.

-Lowered the damage of the final reward weapon.
