About this mod

This mod removes the telepathic powers that all citizens and guards of Fallout 3 towns mysteriously possess. No more will everyone in Megaton suddenly become hostile to you after you silently assassinate a troublesome civilian. Works for all vanilla settlements, as well as the Brotherhood of Steel and the Outcasts.

UPDATE: Version 1.25 released. More bugfixing, added a faction which
had been somehow missed, altered Eulogy's script.

Update: Version 1.2 has been released. This version affects Outcasts
and Brotherhood of Steel as well as settlements; adds an optional
Pitt compatibility file; and cleans up the scripting used in the mod.
This is probably the last version I will make - I'm moving back to
working on my large quest mod. If you want a compatibility patch made,
I'm happy to do so - it only takes me a few minutes. Shoot me an email!

This mod removes the telepathic powers that all citizens and guards
of Fallout 3 towns mysteriously possess. No more will everyone in Megaton
suddenly become hostile to you after you silently assassinate a troublesome
civilian. Works for all vanilla settlements, as well as the Brotherhood of
Steel and the Outcasts.


Stealth Kills Enabled changes the way that detection works in Fallout 3.
Now, when you commit an assault or murder, only those who witness or hear
the event will rush to intervene. This means that with a little stealth,
you can pick off people who stray too far from other citizens with ease.
Be warned, though - if you take down somebody in plain view of other people,
the murder won't just be ignored!

Installation
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
3. Start Fallout 3 Mod Manager, place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s) and launch the game.

Uninstallation
=========
1. Start Fallout 3 Mod Manager and uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.



This mod should be completely compatible with any other mods you may wish to run.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
This is the first release, so there will probably be some minor issues.
Report them here, and I'll fix these issues as soon as possible.
