This is my second attempt of a simple port of Stalker's circular crosshair to fallout3. It took me a little while to get it just right. Any questions/suggestions will be answered in the comments.
Install: Copy data folder to your root fallout3 directory. It should ask to overwrite, hit yes. It's that simple. No esp needed.
