1. In Point Lookout Haley's repair skill increases by five on every return to his store. This mod seems to fix that unintended exploit.
I realize many people enjoy this glitch but I've been trying to figure it out and managed to stumble upon this solution. You're not going to believe it but what fixed it was simply moving Haley's ref in the store over a little bit and saving it.
Besides that I simply unticked "No low-level processing" and ticked repair in list of services for good measure, since that's how every other vendor is set up.
2. For an even tinier benefit you might notice Panada no longer leans off the ground. I moved her two lean back markers to the ground instead of floating above. No big deal.
3. Fixes the Ghoul Ecology Perk so it applies only when in combat with Ghouls.
4. In the A Meeting of the Minds quest the Reward Vault Key now opens the Reward Vault instead of it opening automatically, due to a mistake in one of the quest scripts, which has caused a lot of confusion for people thinking they've missed something.
