The Capital Wasteland is a dangerous place. Especially now that you have this mod. This mod adds a serial killer to the Capital Wasteland, that is more than prepared for battle. He wanders the Wasteland, stalking his prey. If you run into him, be prepared for trouble. He shows no mercy. He shows no fear. He will not stop, and you cannot stop him

~The Capital Wasteland is a dangerous place. Especially now that you have this mod. This mod adds a serial killer to the Capital Wasteland, that is more than prepared for battle. He wanders the Wasteland, stalking his prey. If you run into him, be prepared for trouble. He shows no mercy. He shows no fear. He will not stop, and you cannot stop him. You have formally and officially been warned.
~Installation
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy or move files to your Fallout 3 Data folder.
4. Start your Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', and then place a checkmark beside the .esp file "PWSerialKiller.esp".
~Uninstallation
1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod:
a. "PWSerialKiller.esp"
~Incompatibility
This mod should not have any incompatibility issues, unless any of the IDs in the game are identical to those in mine. If any major issues are found, please tell me on the comments, and I will attempt to fix them.

~Possible Issues or Bugs
1. There may a small bug where he may not be able to find anyone, or simply choose not to kill anyone on a certain day. This will not have any effect on the player, although this may cause the Killer to "camp" in one position and not move. If this happens, then please reload the mod by uninstalling, then reinstalling the .esp file. This will not corrupt or ruin your save game in any way. Do not load the save game while doing this if you are fighting or are in the same worldspace as the killer.
2. The problem with auto killers is that they always present the possibility that lets essential characters be killed prematurely. This may end the storyline or questline if a character that is directly involved is killed before a certain point in a quest. To ensure that this does not happen, create a save game before installing this mod, OR find a mod that makes all essential characters unkillable.
3. There is a possibility that the Killer could befriend a character in the game. If this happens, it could potentially yield some very humerous results. It is very unlikely that this will happen, but it is still possible, due to the mental capacity of the Radiant AI within the game. The Killer may befriend ghouls, as he is a ghoul himself.
4. In the very unlikely event that the Killer kills himself, he will respawn, and it will not have any effect on gameplay.

The "Wasteland Serial Killer" wanders about randomly. He only kills on Sunday, it being the seventh day of the week, and also his favorite day to kill. He is supposed to only kill one person per day, but if needed, he will cause as much destruction and chaos that is required to escape. If killed, the Killer will respawn after a few days of "rest". This lets the mod be able to continue after his death.
