Description
===========
This mod removes most of the excessive gore from the game.

Does playing Fallout gross you out a bit too much?
Are you finding it difficult to play the game with your eyes closed?

Gore_No_More is your one-step solution to making your gaming experience more enjoyable and much less stomach-retching.
No more Raider Gore, Mutant Gore, Exploding body parts, Combat Dismemberment, or Blood Screen Splatters.

Gore_No_More was made to work along with my Less_Blood mod (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7400), which reduces the amount of blood displayed in the game. But these two mods can be used independently. See the Less_Blood screenshots for the combined effect of Less_Blood and Gore_No_More (Warning! Graphic image content!).

Details
=======
When I first started playing Fallout 3, I was really, really turned off by all the unnecessary blood and gore in the game. So I immediately began searching for mods that would get rid of most of the gore,
but was never totally happy with the results.

What this Mod does:
- Removes most of the Gore (body parts) from Fallout 3:
- Removes Raider Gore (dismembered body parts and corpses) from the Fallout Gameworld.
- Removes Mutant Gore (including gore bags) from the Fallout Gameworld.
- Disables Combat Dismemberment and Exploding Body Parts.
- Eliminates the Screen blood splattering.

What this mod does NOT do:
- Does not remove blood stains or blood from combat.
- Does not remove any gore that was not part of the original game.

*** Optional Files (download INSTEAD of the Main file):
- Gore_No_More_Basic: a simplified version of my mod that just includes my Gore_No_More.esp (does not include the blank textures that remove the Screen Blood Splatter).
- Gore_No_More_Very_Basic: an even simplier version of my mod that ONLY removes Raider and Mutant Gore (does NOT remove the Screen Blood Splatter, and does NOT in any way affect Combat Gore).

Install
=======
Make a backup copy of your data\textures\gore folder before installing these textures (if your texture folder does not happend to have a gore folder, then you don't have to backup anything).

Option A (preferred method) - Install my archive file (Gore_No_More.7z) with FOMM. If a window happens to pop up, asking if you to want to overwrite the files, chose YES.
Option B (if for some strange reason you are not using FOMM): Unzip my archive (this Gore_No_More.7z file that you downloaded) into your Fallout 3\Data folder. If that pesky window happens to pop up, asking if you to want to overwrite the files, chose YES.

Load Order
==========
For best gore-removal results:
Load the Gore_No_More.esp AFTER any mods that change Raider and Mutant Gore, change combat gore, or that change screen blood splatters (Use FOMM to move the esp near the bottom).

Uninstall
=========
1.) Option A: using FOMM, deactivate the Gore_No_More mod and delete it (right click on it and pick delete).

1.) Option B: (now you're probably wishing that you had used FOMM to install this thing!)
a.) Manually find the esp and delete it (Fallout 3\Data\Gore_No_More.esp)
b.) Delete this text file: Gore_No_More.txt (but not until you have completed step 2 and 3).

2.) Texture restore part:
a.) If you made a backup copy of the gore folder, now is the time to find it and copy it back into your data\textures\gore folder . . . and if that annoying window pops up again, chose YES.
b.) If there wasn't a data\textures\gore folder before you installed this mod, and there's one now . . . you should delete it, if you want to restore the original splatter effects.
(the folder should only contain 3 files: screenbloodalpha01opt.dds, screenbloodcolor01.dds, and screenbloodcolor01opt.dds).
c.) if there was a data\textures\gore folder before you installed this mod, and you didn't back it up . . . you're out of luck (unless you know what mod added the gore folder that you were suppose to back up
. . . if so, you just have to reinstall it)

Incompatibility
===============
(or rather, what is not compatible): Believe it or not, this little sucker will overwrite any mods:
- that changes the screen blood splatter effects
- that alters the original game's Raider and Mutant gore
- that alters Combat Dismemberment and Exploding Body Parts

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
None that I'm aware of . . . but I'm still a rookie at this modding stuff . . . so please let me know if you find any, and perhaps someone will nice enough to show me how to fix it.

Whatever . . . but I'm not responsible for any bad karma that this mod may cause. So if you want to use it, you have to agree not to blame me for anything (as I just could not handle that). You do have my
