Description
===========

This mod is a simple mesh replacer that aims to make the Assault Rifle more similar to an actual G3/CETME assault rifle. I made it for personal use at first but I figured I'd release it here.

The main change is the foregrip, take a look at the screenshots for a comparison.

I know it's not perfect but I think it looks far better than the default version. If you disagree then that's fine. Just don't download the mod hehe :)


Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a your fallout data directory like any other mod. Use WINRar or something simliar to do this.
2. Open up Fallout.ini (found in My Documents\My Games\Fallout3)and make sure that bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
3. Download and install Archive Invalidation Invalidated (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=944)
4. Enjoy :)


Uninstall
=========
1. Delete 'g3assaultrifle.nif' from data\meshes\weapons\2handautomatic

Incompatibility
===============
This mod changes the the g3assault rifle mesh (g3assaultrifle.nif) so anything that alters that will conflict.

No textures are changed though, so retextures are fully compatible.
