Convert those loose Cigarettes and Cigarette Packs into more managable items

Tired of crushing those loose cigarettes because you have nowhere to put them? Tired of having too many loose packs of cigarettes and not enough hands? Quantum Tech Ltd is here to help with our Premier and versatile cigarette wrapper AND unwrapper.
Version: 1.0
The Quantum Wrapper will wrap 20 Cigarettes into One Pack of Cigarettes, Wrap 10 Packs of Cigarettes in 1 Carton and will reverse the process too, Converting 1 Carton into 10 Packs of Cigarettes and 1 Pack of Cigarettes into 20 Cigarettes.
I've also modified the weight of Cartons and Packs too, Cartons now only weighing 1.0 and Packs weighing 0.10, Cigarettes themselves weigh Nothing still.
You can find the Quantum Tech Ltd's Wrappers in the following places
Moriarty's Saloon, right next to the door
Federalist Lounge, Next to the Closet.
Both are marked as player owned so you won't get into trouble with NPC's, The Wrapper should alo be there should the ghouls get to live in tenpenny
