Re-texture of Talon Company Combat Armor, Male and Female. Added Ensignia.

Update 1.01: Thanks goes out to killgore for discovering a bug! Seems this re-texture causes the default combat armor to 'flicker' with different floor/ground textures.
I found that when I put the default combat armor textures into the data folder instead of letting the game use the one in the BSA, it becomes ok. So for anyone else having this problem I've provided the default combat armor texture for your convenience. Just extract it to the combat armor folder along with the 101st texture.
If anyone knows why or what caused it, do post!

My second re-texture, added an eagle insignia and red 'talon' marks. Wings on the back and a motto. Couldn't think of a better name so I called it the 101st.
Motto reads: "Lucror Primoris" roughly translates to Profit first.
