Adds stun grenades to Enclave soldiers and crates

This is my first effort at making a mod but it works and I'm rather pleased with how it came out.

__What This Mod Does__

This mod adds stun grenades to Enclave grenade crates and many of their soldiers.
The grenades themselves have several debilitating effects spanning 10 seconds.

*Victims not wearing a powered helmet will suffer reduced perception and luck.
-Players will also suffer distorted vision while npc's will freeze for 3 seconds.
*Victims not wearing powered body armor will suffer reduced strength and agility.
*Stat penalties are severe but recover gradually over time, completely wearing off after the 10 seconds.
*Robots are immune to the freezing/stat reductions but still take the small amount of damage.
*While it is a stun grenade, it still does some damage and counts as any other hostile action (go figgure).

__Known Bugs__

None that I'm aware of so far.

__Compatibility__

The script only recognizes the powered armor/helmets in vanilla FO3, powered things from other sources WILL NOT PROTECT YOU although I'd imagine simple retextures would be fine. This mod adds to the inventories of many Enclave soldiers and grenade crates but doesn't change anything otherwise so there shouldn't be any issues there.

__Installation__

Just plop the .esp into your fallout3\data folder and don't forget to enable it when you launch the game!

__Uninstallation__

Disable the mod in your chosen launcher and get rid of the .esp, not that you'd want to do any of that.
