This mod adds the \'Vintorez\' Special Sniper Rifle into the Fallout 3 gameworld. You\'ll be able to find them during your encounters with Brotherhood Outcasts as well as Talon Mercs and Regulators (chances may vary).

1. About
This mod adds the 'Vintorez' Special Sniper Rifle into the Fallout 3 gameworld. You'll be able to find them during your encounters with Brotherhood Outcasts as well as Talon Mercs and Regulators (chances may vary). This gun has working sound, and is considered a silent weapon in-game.
The item code is 0x000EAB for the lazy, in which case x is the mod index that needs to be adjusted accordingly. ie. If you have no mods but this installed, vanilla items are 00000, while my mod's item would be 01000.
1.1 History
2/21/2009 v1.3 - Increased Vintorez durability, decreased action points needed for VATS so as not to be identical to sniper rifle. Added version compatible with CALIBR. Readme error corrected.
2/12/2009 v1.2 - Fixed hand positioning issue where the barrel was "floating" above the player's left hand.
2/11/2009 v1.1 - Fixed "bad" uv mapping of the ejection port. Mesh file updated.
2/10/2009 v1.0 - Release
2. Usage/Compatability
This mod should be compatible with any other mod.
3. Installation/Uninstallation
Installation
Extract it into the Data folder that is inside your Fallout 3 folder where your game is installed.
It's assumed that if indeed you are looking for a CALIBR compatible version fo this mod in the first place, you'd be smart enough to have it already, hence it is not bundled together. Don't ask me.
Uninstallation
Simply delete every files contained within this zip, when you installed this mod.
4. Credits
Thanks goes to joefoxx for creating the wonderful texture as well as giving me pointers (basically taught me the process) on how to put a model in-game as well as how to make the icon.
Thanks also goes to Pelinor for his very cool scope mod, which he has allowed me to use for the Vintorez rifle (pso-1 scope).
5. Permission
You may have the permission to use any asset within this mod for yours, all I ask if that you include proper credits (that means not just me but also joefoxx and Pelinor).
