Aims to make Big town...bigger, and more...towny

Ok, so here we go :) this is my first mod but unlike all the 'my first mods' I really didn't think we needed another home for our player (who by now must have more homes than Tom Cruise!) so I took a little more time developing something different.

My favourite mods out at the moment are the ones expanding the areas we already have such as:

So I thought I'd create something in the same grain. Big town had always annoyed me as it wasn't really big, or any kind of town. I'd really hoped that when I'd completed the protect big town mission that they would start to get more towny but I was disappointed.

The story I came up with was after the Bigtownians :D had been saved by the player more and more people heard of this and came to the town, thus making it bigger and attracting trade etc. This would be implemented in dialogue in later versions.

With this mod I was aiming to try and make the town worth visiting after the quests... HOWEVER, I am shortly moving to australia and may not have time to finish/refine/remove some of the bugs so I thought I would post here for feedback/ideas (and help!)

Things I've Added:

A pool hall (Possible quest to find pool balls for the tables)
A prison (In view of any raiders who might think twice about attacking)
An ammo stall
A meds stall
A second storey around the outside with more (room for) buildings
Watch towers and connecting paths
A perimeter wall that should actually keep people out
Plus I've made the whole area larger
A 'money shack' where I want to add an NPC who's crazy about collecting pre war money (and pays you for it)
A tribute statue to the hero from vault 101 (big robot looking thing as I have come to affectionately call it) with an eating area in it. I'm not personally sure about the big robot looking thing; I'd like to hear opinions as I was going to delete it. I think it was an idea that just didn't work well.

Thing's I haven't Added but want to:

ANY NPC'S (I've not got a round to how to do this yet if someone could point me towards a tutorial ;) also this means everything on the stalls is fair game, IMO just taking it all is kind of not in keeping with the game but that’s up to you, I left it in for effect.)
More buildings on the second level
Guards! Guards! Guards! (I want to add a lot of guards to big town as its trade has increased so rapidly, I don't want it to be possible/very hard to steal)
Increase the areas the NPCs walk around and add more idle points etc (again a tutorial would be good)

KNOWN BUGS:

If anyone can offer some help for these I'd be very appreciative

THE BIG BUG: If you are looking directly at big town as you walk towards it and it's renders my game crashes I have to approach it looking at the floor then look up when I get closer (from mereseti trainyard) I don't know if this will happen with everyone. I wondered if it was because I’m causing it to load too many bits at once...

There are a few trees by the left corner of the pool hall (2d looking) that I can't seem to delete :(

The few times I tried to add some raiders to the prison they spawned outside big town and ran in to try and get into the cage so I think I did something wrong there...

As far as I know I think that's about it...
