the read me in the archive is in french , so i will translate it here :
How to Install
Extract the archive in the folder data from the root folder of Fallout 3 , you should have something like Data\Outcast.esp Data\meshes\Anykeysmod and Data\textures\Anykeysmod with .nif and .dds into them !
to enable it in game , you must tick the Outcast.esp in data files in the Fallout3's launcher or use the fallout 3 mod manager which is more practical.
Where find this goggles ?
goggles are aside to the billard in paradise falls , on the ground , search good maybe when i will have make more objects , i will make a quest to have them all eheh !
