This adds some pre-war couches and a suitcase to the Love Machine Theme.
I always felt like that theme lacked any decent seating.

For use with the Love Machine Theme only! May have unpredictable results with any other theme purchased from Moia Brown at Crater Side Supply, like flying couches or worse CTD's!
This is a simple mod I made to add some decent seating to the Love Machine Theme, it also adds a mysterious alien suitcase to the players bedroom area.
The mysterious suitcase contains something highly sought after in Fallout 3, but often not obtainable except with console commands or a with a high luck attribute.
Update: This Player House Add On or Mod, should also work with "No Themes" purchased, which means it should be safe to have it installed and checked when starting a new game.
