Description

Adds Hi-res magazines fully integrated into the game that will temporarily boost skills plus a new perk that will improve their usage. They all have a brand new look with their own textures/covers and pipboy icons, will benefit from perks, and have been added to levelled lists via a script so will not conflict with ANY mods.
Find the magazines where you might expect, I have them up to mostly appear in school loot (desks for example), mailboxes, and office areas. Vendors will also have them for sale.
For those that haven't played New Vegas yet, each magazine will grant the player a temporary boost to your skills of 10 point or 1 minute to begin with then will improve after these perks...

• If used with the Comprehension perk - Doubles the skill boost to 20
• If used with the new Retention perk - Lasts 3 times as long
  

Both perks can be benefitted from if using both - 20 point boost for 3 mins :D

Changelog

1.1 - Made them appear more often, now they will appear more frequently especially when looting suitcases, safes, garbage cans, abandoned homes. I have also given a small chance for some NPCs to drop them when killed, and they can be bought from travelling merchants/scavengers.

This new setup will cater better for those who play the DLCs (not required), allowing for the player to find them at the Pitt and Point Lookout.

Installation

Use the usual NMM routine or plop the files (esp and bsa for noobs) in the data folder.
