Permissions and credits
18-08-2013: I can't make a vanilla version because my game doesnt work properly, so i suggest either use the old version for a vanilla weather on the optional files, or download a weather mod.
17-08-2013: I made a better version for the v0.194ENB, looks way better, first screenshots shows the new version. I''ll make a vanilla version soon.
18-07-2013: It will work with any latest d3d9.dll version from the enb.dev website as far as i know.
11-05-2013: Edit: The 2 new versions are less bloomy than the ones before, and use it respectively to the weather mod you have, as in vanilla or not.
17-05-2013: Changed the order of screenshots, the first ones are the latest version, which has less bloom.

Even though i have tried lots of other ENBs for this game, there was none that actually represented a nice color and lighting on interiors, exteriors and night times, as well as using the latest enb version. I started doing this for myself, from using Xilandro's Blackout ENB for New Vegas, and because simply porting didnt look that great, i changed everything till it looked like it was made for Fallout 3, if you never saw his ENB version for FNV i definately recommend you to check it out. And as i posted screenshots in Nexus, i started getting request to upload the file, so here it is! Performance drop is expected if you don't have a good PC.

Features:
Real Atmospheric color
Realistic Lighting
Darker nights (Because nights ARE dark)
Better Shadows
Vibrant Interiors

I accept any feedback and feel free to post your own images as well i will respond to everyone's questions.

Installation:
1. Download the enb d3d9.dll v0.194 WRAPPER file from Boris' website: http://enbdev.com/mod_falloutnv_v0173.htm , ONLY THE D3D9.DLL IS NECESSARY.
2. Download my files and extract them to your Fallout 3 directory, where the Fallout3.exe is.
3. You must disable AA in both driver if you have or just the fallout game one, for that, go to your fallout3.ini files (fallout_default in the Fallout 3 Programs directory and FalloutPrefs.ini and FALLOUT.ini in your Documents folder) and change the following to the numbers below:
iMultiSample=1
iMaxAnisotropy=1
iWaterMultisamples=1
bTransparencyMultisampling=0
4. Thats about it, if you would like do some ingame changes just use the ENB menu by pressing Shift + Enter, also press Shift + F12 to enable or disable ENB.

I used in the screenshots:
NMCs texture pack: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/12056/?
BA_WastelandRestoration for the trees and grass: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/16703/?
Weather for ENB (But any weather mod might do)

Also take a Pip-boy light mod or a flashlight mod (Because nights are dark so you need more light)

Known bugs and how to fix them:

ENb transparency fix (Thanks to Omegared99) (No lionger a problem with version 0.194 ENB)
This is caused by the detailed shadows from the enb, the description to fix it is here http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/18716//?

Water Glitch:
Common ENB problem, change ''bUseWaterDisplacements=1'' to 0 in your FalloutPrefs.ini, it will disable water ripples but at least its not as annoying.

I will be adding more common problems and fixes as they come along in the comments section.

Credits goes to Xilandro for making Blackout ENB in the first place!
