Details Enhancement FXAA

An FXAA designed to enhance fallout 3 details
Simply copy archive content into your Fallout3 directory , the same directory as your Fallout3.exe.
The performance hit should be around -10 fps.
This is not , in this form , compatible with ENB but if you want to put your hands on it and make it compatible... feel free to do as long as i'am credited :). I know it's possible because i saw some ENB with an FXAA component.
