This mod was built with GOTY edition, however I believes the mod will work without DLC.

Installation : Unzip the file, and drop the data folder into your Fallout3 directory.

Location : It is located near Agatha's house. You can use the Fast Travel.

Work Bench, Lab Set, Infirm Set, Water Fountain (No RAD),
