Pear Harvest Fix for Underground Hideout
This simply fixes a bug in the pear tree which only allowed them to be harvested once.
Install:
Extract the esp into your Fallout\Data directory.
Activate it in FOMM and place after the UndergroundHideout.esp.
Note:this should be compatible with both the DLC and Non-DLC versions, but you do need to have Point Lookout for the sound.
