Cyborg Elites

Lore Description:

Back in the late 2070s, one of the many zany technological projects to see the light of day was a Cybernetics project designed to turn monkeys (otherwise rather useless in wartime) into eight foot tall killer cyborg monstrosities. and so the Cyborg-Elites were born. These massive soldiers are some of the most lethal production level creations produced by the pre-apocalypse Enclave. essentially heavily surgically altered Chimps with their brains wired to companion Robobrains. encased in flexible pre-powered armour, armed with experimental Distortion Rifles.
in 2077, the prototypes were unveiled in the whitehouse before a gathering of top Enclave and Governmental personnel.
unfortunately, in the midst of the unveiling, the bombs began to fall and the gathering dispersed to government bunkers and so the project never proceeded further.
Those four prototypes (in the confusion) were left behind. inert without orders until 200 years on, a group of Supermutants entered the hall and accidentally disturbed them. The prototypes awoke from their standby state as their tamper seals were disturbed. when the hapless mutants failed to present their credentials, the Cyborgs attacked, easily destroying all further comers.

Mod Description:

This mod is my latest effort in modelling custom armor and weapons
find it in the Conference hall in the White house.

this mod includes custom models as follows:
Cyborg-Elite Armor
Cyborg-Elite Helmet
Distortion Rifle

The armor is immensely durable/Damage resistant, but very heavy. it can be repaired with power armor.
The Distortion rifle has a lot in common with the Microwave emmitter from Point Lookout. except that it's a pure damage weapon. you'll find it a formidable weapon to fight with and against. it uses Mesmetron power cells. however there are plenty in the hall and on the bodies of the Cyborgs.

Requirements:
You must have Operation Anchorage, sorry. but its not negotiable.

Installation:
Copypasta the contents of the .Rar into your Fallout3 main directory. overwrite as necessary.
Tick the tickbox for 'Elitearmor.esp' in the Mod manager.
Load game and enjoy.

Bugs:
The gun has a custom model when held, but its world model is the Laser rifle. don't worry about it. they're similar enough. when I find a way

to make world models actually have physics, I'll add one.

The helmet similarly uses the Combat helmet as a world model.
The armor uses Combat Armor as a world model. this will change if I make an update (quite possible)
