The overall effect is a damaged, pitted, reactor that has been cleaned and painted.
I made this reactor because I got tired of useing a transformer for a reactor.
I created animation so that the control rods raise and lower.
The bright color is for the lighting.
This nif makes use of Bethesda's normal map but uses a custom texture.
I have tested the nif and animation and I have finnished the ruined texture.
