This is a re-engineering of the Bethesda water tower valve. Originally it was shaped like a big "L" and was hard to place if you wanted to scale it larger. I removed the "L" and now it is just a "T" valve and joint.
This can be animated to open and close and has built in sound (squeeking).
The original idea belongs to Bethesda, all the re-modeling is mine. It has a full collision set to its new shape. You may have to lower your snap settings in geck to get it to align with the old pipe.
