Description:
===============

This is a player compound and home that I made by request for another player. Yes, I KNOW!! that Springvale is overcrowded with mods, but I have decided to share this with those who don't mind the location. If there is enough demand for this mod in another locale, I might be persuaded to add a second version.

Corrupt Colonel Adams either saw that the end was near, or was just planning for a comfortable retirement. Evict him and his crew, and the hideout is yours. Although the fight is not extremely difficult, real low levels should bring friend(s). Only fools rush in...........

(If you have to re-do the battle, quit the game and then re-try----do not immediately reload the same save and try again because the Enclave guards may not reset and patrol as intended.)

Details:
===============

Located next to Springvale Elementary, the hideout sits atop a flat bluff overlooking the Springvale valley. It is a fenced and fortified compound with many amenities.

The bunkhouse has all the necessities for the guards (companions) to hang out in and be comfortable. Downstairs is the main power plant for the compound.

The main building is Colonel Adams' personal residence. It includes the following:
1. Living room with pool table and many of his personal trophies on display.
2. Main bathroom with dual tubs, sinks and toilets.
3. Medical area for emergencies and a large diner area.
4. Luxurious master bedroom with paintings, safe, Lincoln display, and a Robco display.
5. Downstairs is a command center, a full armory with a large collection of his trophy weapons (they have the unique stats with boosted health for less repairs) plus his personal Enclave Armor, and a respawning ammo supply. There is also a bunk area for guests and his housekeeper Alissa.
5. Alissa's wardrobe cabinet contains some decent (unique) armors that I have included from my "Crystal and Her Compound" mod---re-textured Black Leather Armor, Combat Armor, and Enclave Officer Outfit. She can repair items and give you a hairstyle if you wish. You can also change her outfit by accessing her inventory.
6. Downstairs also has a purified-water pool, fully stocked bar, and cozy fireplace area to relax in.
7. The entire building (including the pod interiors) has been completely redone with new floor tile, wall textures, brickwork, painted beams and pool tile. All re-textures were done by myself, and any modder wishing to use them has my permission to do so.

A map marker will be added by the south gate, but you will not be able to unlock the gate until you take over the compound and have the key. I also added a navameshed foot path down the rocks for quick, companion foot access to or from Megaton.

The entire mod--exterior and interiors---are fully navameshed and very companion friendly.

Hope you enjoy the compound........endorsements are appreciated if you do.

Also, if you are looking for a companion (she is the redhead with the ponytail in the photos), check out my "Crystal and Her Compound" mod: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12840

===============
Compatibility:
===============

The compound will not be compatible with any mod that modifies the same location in Springvale.
If conflicts should arise, try changing the load orders of the conflicting mods.
This mod was checked for errors and cleaned with FO3Edit.

===============
Bugs/Issues:
===============

If you have to re-do the initial battle for the compound, quit the game and then re-start. The Enclave guards may not patrol as intended if you just reload the same save right away.

Some companions do not like to enter thru the basement door, but will enter thru the upstairs door instead. If you lose a companion, look for them upstairs in the livingroom. Although the navamesh was properly finalized and checked, if a companion doesn't exit/enter with you, wait a moment to see if they used another exit/entry and catch up with you. If not, then re-enter the door and try exiting again.

No other known issues so far, but please let me know if you find any.
