Adds a shooting range to the testing cell full of feral ghouls, roamers, and a glowing one. Most are killable but some are essential so you don't have to use the resurrect command.
=====How to get there======
Open up the console and type 'coc testqaitems' without the quotes. Then look for the big cave room ya can't miss it even if your an idiot.
Note: Version 1 was made by me and my girlfriend and is not available to the public as it is screwed up A LOT! Version 2 is better just ask my girlfriend she says so too even though she wants to put a human in there with the ghouls (yes i told her they'd kill him but y'know how non-gamers are).
