1. Purpose

*****************************************************************
1.Adds a Water Tower Hideout on the water tower behind the Super Duper Mart
Includes storage space, Workbench, and Bobblehead collection stand.

2. Instalation

*****************************************************************
2A. Put the .esp file in your data folder in the Fallout 3 Directory.
2B. Activate it in the Datafiles menu of Fallout 3s AutoStart menu. (Or activate it in the FOMM)
2C. Go to the water tower behind the super duper mart and use the ladder to get to the top(use the fence gate to get back down.)
,then use the hatch to get inside.
2D. Enjoy a awesome hideout with a sweet view!

3. Updating

*****************************************************************
3A. Remove all the items you wish to keep from the WaterTower Hideout.
3B. Save in a differnt cell, i.e Megaton, Canterbury.
3C. Reload Fallout 3 deactivating the WaterTowerHideoutMod.
3D. Put the .esp file in your data folder in the Fallout 3 Directory.
3E. ReloadFallout 3 with the updated version.
3F. Put your stuff back in your sweet and updated tower Hideout!
3G. Enjoy!

4. Update Notes

v1.0 - Started Making the hideout
v1.1 - few more tweaks and released to the nexus.
v1.2 - Added Nav Meshs, Reworked layout to be companion friendly.
v1.22 - Added more functionality to the Bobble head stand, if you already have bobble heads collected at either the Tenpenny
or Megaton Bobblehead stand, The stand in the water tower will add all the bobbleheads that you have already collected,
it allso adds new bobble heads to all the stands

5. Troubleshooting

*****************************************************************
Q: I dropped an item and it fell under the cat walks.
A: Jump in and try to fish it out if you need it. Use the ladder to get out of the water.
(The catwalks don't seem to jive well with dropping items from inventory.)
Q: My Companion won't go to the roof with me.
A: Try standing farther from the door down when you use the ladder up.
When in close quarters like this the NPCs can't tell that the doors lead to significantly differnt places. (I.E Double doors, "the doors are right next to each other and they lead to the same cell, so they must lead to the same spot.")
