We are tweaking the existing textures to give them a more run-down and more fitting look (e.g. the workbench), create completely new ones from scratch or using free textures as a base for our project.

If we replaced most parts of a texture or do a completely new one, we most times double the size.

So, the current version contains the meshes and textures that are ready for public enjoyment and/or critics.
