Changes the Anchorage Winter Combat Armor to a Digital Snow Camouflage pattern

This is a replacement file for the DLC Anchorage Winterized Combat Armor and Assault Rifle textures.
I was disappointed to find out that the Chinese troops had a snow camouflage uniform, and the U.S. troops did not, so I created this digital snow camouflage pattern to correct that little oversight. I also found it ridiculous that Dr Adami runs around the frozen tundra dressed in a sleeveless T-shirt, so version 2 (and above) now includes a unique Snow Camo Medical Combat Armor that is worn by the Doctor in the Anchorage sim. Version 3 also includes a Winterized Assault Rifle, and changes the Medic Combat Armor in Mothership Zeta to match the New Anchorage version. I also changed the greenish gloves to light gray to better match the colors, and I have also included some modified specular maps to go with the new uniforms and weapon.
Version 3 Changes:
(You MUST HAVE the Operation Anchorage AND Mothership Zeta expansions to use the Version 3 files.)
1. Changes all the Anchorage Combat Armor to a new Digital Snow Camouflage pattern.
2. Includes a unique Snow Camo Medical Combat Armor that is worn by the Doctor in the Anchorage sim.
3. Changes the Medic Combat Armor in Mothership Zeta to match the New Anchorage version.
4. Changes the Anchorage Assault Rifle to a unique Winterized version.
Note: Does NOT change the stock FO3 Assault Rifle.
5. Adds the Snow Winterized Armor and a Winterized Assault Rifle to the rewards room at the end of the sim. Unlike the sim versions, these Wasteland versions WILL degrade. (repair with regular Armor and Rifle)
Version 2: Changes
(You MUST HAVE the Operation Anchorage expansion to use the Version 2 files).
1. Changes all the Anchorage Combat Armor to a new Digital Snow Camouflage pattern.
2. Includes a unique Snow Camo Medical Combat Armor that is worn by the Doctor in the Anchorage sim.
