Paintball Mode!
*Small fix so that the paintballs don't indent into surfaces.
Description
===========
All your guns now shoot paintballs!!
Remember back in Goldeneye for the N64, there was the option to have the guns shoot paints? I figured it would be fun
to do it in Fallout 3.
