MOSCOW - Red Army troops gather to greet the Commander in the historic meeting between the leader of the Terran Starship Command and General Artyom Orlov, Marshal of the Reborn Coalition of Soviet Nations. Though there was a disturbance caused by Bolshevik soldiers attempting a coup, the alliance between the TSC and the RCSN was solidified, with the Commander and two Black Guard soldiers subduing the rebellion and rescuing a captured Orlov. When interviewed by the Olympus Circular, the Commander had this to say. "The Terran Starship Command and the Reborn Coalition of Soviet Nations have a bright future together. We look forward to working with them in rebuilding the world and making it better than it was before the war."
